I’m running for Supervisor with one focus—delivering on the promise of a brighter day for District 10.
San Francisco is in transition, and District 10 is at a crossroads. Too often, outsiders have tried to divide our historically united communities, using extreme politics to ignore our needs and stall our progress.
We are the easternmost district—the ‘Sunrise District’—where each new day begins. Yet too often we’ve been left in the shadows. As the city’s economy has changed, many of our residents have been left behind.
Still, District 10 is home to vibrant small businesses, hard-working families, and deeply engaged residents. In conversations in every corner of the district, I’ve felt the deep pride and passion people have for our neighborhoods.
I’m running for Supervisor because our District needs a strong, effective leader deeply rooted in the community to navigate the critical challenges and opportunities we face—from the commercial corridors in neighborhoods like Visitacion Valley, to the shipyard cleanup in Hunter’s Point, to new industries moving into our district and providing both challenges and opportunities.
For over a decade, I’ve worked tirelessly for our District, leading community events, listening to all voices, and delivering balanced solutions. I’ve fought for – and won – more family housing and parks, better transit, and safer streets. I know how the system should work, where it fails our communities, and how to enact meaningful change that will benefit all our residents.
My track record and deep connection to our District give me the perspective and determination to guide us toward a shared, prosperous future—where growth and change respects long-time residents while bringing vitality and opportunity to southeast San Francisco.
